My passion for Interior design is driven by the influence of the many mentors, industry and peers that have supported me through my post secondary journey; encouraging me to challenge myself and my way of thinking to emerge with an innovative and human centric approach. This support has given me opportunities to expand my knowledge in the field, and gain a better understanding of the impact we truly have as designers. This outlook has translated into a passion for creating spaces to support people, mentally, physically and socially; with positive experiences being the forefront of my goals. My passion is to create spaces that make people feel comfortable, connected, and most importantly, present.
An Experiential Social Hub Designed to Support Social Connection Within the Local Community
THE BUSK
This social hub is designed within a local landmark of London, Ontario; With strategic integration of experiential spaces to support connection amongst occupants while also reflecting the local community and rich history of the building. The space will support social relationships by encourage organic conversation with other guests, and create unique spaces that inspire excitement and memorable experiences. The hub is to be a place that not only honours the city, but also the community that creates our city.
