This thesis capstone project proposes an athletic recovery centre oriented around physical and emotional recovery. The goal is to design an environment that promotes inclusivity and well-being from a holistic approach. The overlooking of emotional recovery for athletes is evident therefore designing the built-environment to enhance emotional and physical recovery is imperative.
