I am from St.Marys, Ontario. To me interior design is much more than how a space functions and looks; it is also about how a space supports the user and how it makes the user feel. I am extremely interested in the psychology of space and how the built environment effects our day to day life and our overall physical and mental health. When designing, I take a research and human centric design approach ensuring that every design decision I make supports the user of the spaces and allows them to create a positive connection to the space. I have a love for all areas of design but I am most interested in healthcare and educational design. After graduation I look forward to completing my Masters of Interior Architecture and NCIDQ exams while designing spaces that will create a brighter future around the world.
