Designing a Community Centre Supporting the Integration
of Refugees in Canada
BEZHIGWAN COMMUNITY CENTRE
With 23,000 refugees in Canada as of 2023, and the number continuously growing, a space is needed to serve this underserved community. The Bezhigwan Community Centre aims to provide a place of solace to this group. The Centre will provide spaces for interaction, learning, and healing.
