Spaces of Empowerment: Designing a Women Centered Co-Working Hub

Nova is a women centered coworking hub designed to support entrepreneurship, connection, and personal growth. The space brings together professionals, creators, and innovators in an environment that prioritizes wellbeing, collaboration, and visibility. Dedicated mentorship spaces, wellness spaces, and childcare nooks help remove barriers that often limit women’s participation in entrepreneurial spaces. Thoughtful environmental design, including balanced lighting, acoustic comfort, and varied spatial zones, encourages productivity and meaningful interaction. By blending work, support, and community, the hub becomes a welcoming third place where women can gather, develop ideas, and grow their ambitions together.
